Tucked away in the farm of the Château de la Hulpe at the heart of the magnificent Parc Solvay, the Folon Foundation takes visitors on a journey through the poetic universe conceived by this Belgian artist.
In an atmosphere that will stir your imagination, discover the 500 works bequeathed by Folon to the Foundation. As you wander through the rooms, you’ll be surprised by the many facets of his talent: silkscreen prints, watercolours, posters, engravings and their original copper plates, illustrations of books by great authors (including Prévert, Kafka and Apollinaire), altered objects, sculptures, and more. Almost 40 years of creativity are on display in this “inhabited” place, all beautifully curated with imaginative settings and original music.
Closed Mondays and on 24, 25 and 31 December and 1 January.
Visit takes on average: 1 1/2 hours
